$470.00 monthly (regular stall)
$420 monthly for a low-top stall

• 10 x 12 box stall
• Grass/alfalfa mix in the AM & grass hay in the PM.
• Nutrena Complete Feed 2x per day. (3lb scoop)
  
• Watering 2x daily. Each stall is equipped with two 5 gallon buckets. Buckets are disinfected regularly.
• Stalls cleaned daily & fresh shavings added.
• All horses inspected 9 PM nightly.
• Staff on premises 24 hours a day.
• Local Fire Department 1 mile away.

• 100 x 300 lighted Outdoor Arena
• Regulation Size Outdoor Dressage Arena

Turnout:

• Daily Individual Turnout (Mon thru Sat - no Sunday)
